Native American Zuni Pueblo vase, round base rising to a narrow opening, with two painted lizards emerging to 3-dimensional images. By Yvonne Nashboo, who signs YN.

Yvonne Nashboo, was born into the Eagle Clan in 1995. She is the daughter of Eva and William Nashboo. Yvonne is known for effigy pots in polished redware. Yvonne also frequently collaborates with Brian Tsethlikai. Yvonne learned pottery making from her high school teacher, Phil Hughte, and her sister, Tammy Belson.

Yvonne says she favors lizards in her effigies because they are supposed to bring good luck.
